Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an amazing provider for a Home Manager in the Leeds area. Are you an ambitious Deputy Manager looking for the next step up in your career? The candidate
My client is looking for a Manager who is personable, friendly and is a relationship building. The care homes priority is to provide ‘Outstanding’ care for the residents at every opportunity. It would be beneficial if you had experience working with dementia care however this is not essential. As the Manager, you should also be comfortable working with electronic care plans and e-learning systems and have a good understanding of CQC compliance.

The service: Medium sized elderly Residential Home with dementia care. Good reputation in the area and has a great team both internally and externally
Hours: Mon-Fri (The hours are flexible and can be discussed to suit!)
