RESIDENTIAL HOME MANAGER - CARE HOME OLDER PEOPLE - LEEDS, WEST YORKSHIRE

SALARY £60,000 - £65,000 (NEGOTIABLE ON EXPERIENCE) PLUS BONUS

COMMUTABLE FROM BIRSTALL, LEEDS, BRADFORD, YEADON, CASTLEFORD, MIRFIELD, BRIGHOUSE, HALIFAX & SURROUNDING AREAS

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Home Manager in this purpose built modern and luxurious residential care home for older people in West Yorkshire.

You will be an integral part of the team working in partnership with your Managing Director and Regional Manager to improve on the current CQC report and improve occupancy.

You will have vast home management experience with an excellent CQC track record. You will ensure quality is developed along with improvement plans identifying actions required to meet and exceed the company and CQC requirements.

The criteria to be successful in applying for this role:

• Experience at management level in Care for Older People
• Care home management background including supporting other managers within the group in nursing or residential care homes
• Good sales and marketing skills to improve on occupancy even further
• Proven experience at Home Manager level with good or improved CQC reports
