Permanent/ Term Time only plus 4 weeks Based at St Albans Campus Key Duties This is exciting full-time opportunity within the residential department at Oaklands College. The main duties are to support the residential sports students with their transition to independent living, this includes timetable support, one to one target setting, delivering daytime enrichment activities and the welfare support of the young people. Required Skills: • Substantial experience of providing enrichment activities working with a diverse range of young people particularly those in the 16-19 age range • An active interest in sporting or enrichment activities • Experience of delivering workshops and organising activities • Ability to drive a minibus (after training) What we offer: Generous Salary Automatic entry into the Local Government pension scheme Generous annual leave – 30 days pro rata plus 8 bank holidays!
