Residential Property Solicitor

Absolute Executive Search are delighted be working with a well-established Legal 500 firm who are looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor into their team in Hale, Manchester. The Solicitor that joins this team will have good technical and procedural knowledge and an ability to share it with, and support, more junior members of the Residential Property team.
Key Responsibilities:-

• Handling a wide varied caseload of Residential Property transactions.
• Handling matters from pre-exchange to completion.
• Experience advising on sale and purchase of a full range of Residential Property matters including plot sales and actions for developers.
• Confident in providing advice on a wide range of Residential Property matters to both local and national clients.

Requirements:-

• Excellent client care skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Good customer service skills and able to develop long standing client relationships.
• Qualified in England & Wales.
• Have effective networking skills.
