As a traditional private practice law firm working with clients in Banbury and locally in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire the practice is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor or ILEX with Residential property to join the firm.
The work will include:
• Buying and selling LH and FH houses and flats
• Selling or buying a piece of land
• Transfers of equity
• Mortgages and re-mortgages
The role offers the right candidate flexibility and is part time.
You will be joining a team of 3 other fee earners plus full-time secretarial support.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years PQE.
Salary is up to £45000 - £50000 dependent on experience.
