My client, a national provider who support children and young people who have suffered abuse, neglect and have developed behavioural difficulties, are looking to hire Support Workers in their purpose-built children's home in Hereford.

Please note, this role will include working weekends, sleep overs, morning and evenings so flexibility is required.

Children's Support Worker duties:

• Assisting the children with their emotional, physical, and developmental needs.


• Displaying yourself as an appropriate role model


• Demonstrating a positive attitude, empathy, and resilience


• Encouraging positive life experiences for the children

Children's Support Worker Benefits:
