Residential Support Worker

Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Residential Support Worker to work full time based in a Children's home in Exeter

Main Duties:

* Supporting and guiding young people to achieve their potential

* Developing and implementing personalized care plans

* Collaborating with the team to ensure the highest quality of care

* Engaging with young people in a meaningful and impactful manner

Requirements of this job:

* Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent, or willingness to undertake this

* A minimum of 1 years' experience working within Children's residential care

* Ability to show leadership skills

* Experience of managing budgets

* Direct involvement in Ofsted inspections
