Your new company
You will be supporting vulnerable young people with challenging behaviours, mental health and learning difficulties. All the residential settings we work with endeavour to create a home environment that exceeds the needs of children and young people. You will be providing support to the well-established organisations that we support within Stoke and work amongst a dedicated team of Support Workers. You will have the opportunity to choose flexible shifts to suit you including long days, waking nights and sleep ins.
Your new role
As a team member, you will gain expertise and knowledge in supporting young people with complex behavioural challenges in order to provide a secure and supportive environment in which they can grow. You should be passionate about the well-being of children and young people and have a caring and patient nature. You'll be part of a well-established staff that gets along well and is quick to form strong bonds with the young people. As an agency Support Worker, you'll have access to flexible working hours and a competitive wage.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a minimum competitive rate of pay between £11.68 - £13.36 per hours + £73.52 per sleep in. You will benefit from one-to-one support for our staff to ensure you are happy in your role and fulfilling your own career goals.
