Your New Role:


We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Resource Coordinator to join our Regional Accommodation Maintenance Service (RAMS) contract, part of the MOD's Future Defence Infrastructure Services (FDIS) based onsite at MOD Donnington, Telford.


Resource Coordinator plays an important role supporting operational performance by effectively utilising and monitoring the MRI (Concept Evo CAFM) system to ensure all response, void and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks are correctly appointed within contractual timeframes.


The standard hours of work are37.5 Per Week

You will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with Supply Chain engineers to confirm availability of appointments when booking follow on work with families.
  • Adhere to Security and Fraud prevention policies, processes, and systems.
  • Monitor the completion of move-in preparation works and highlight any concerns with completion to the Customer and Community Engagement Officer.
  • Ensure all tasks are accurately recorded and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Monitor resource levels as required to meet appointment demand and assist with forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR Regulations and Comply with the Organisation's Equality Policy.
  • Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract.
  • This role will also support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.

Ideally you will have experience of general office work that is passionate about collaboration and Customer Service Excellence.

  • Experienced in data processing, planning, scheduling, and general administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate.
  • Confident communicator capable of conversing with staff, stakeholders, and customers with ease.
