One of the world\'s largest international law firms is recruiting a Resource Manager/ specialist. They have 77 offices in 46 countries and employs 4,809 attorneys and approximately 13,000 employees.
Your new role

• Build and demonstrate detailed knowledge of the relevant Practice Group(s)\'s work requirements
• Proactive liaison with partners and associates to understand client requirements and the wider needs of the business, to facilitate effective resourcing decisions
• Management of timesheet policy enforcement within the Practice Group(s) - encouraging best practice, raising awareness, and training
• Working on initial ATP (secondment) requests and working with Talent/BD leads to working on an initial business case before informing the relevant Business Manager.
• Work collaboratively with other key functions - i.e. Finance / HR / Business Development / etc. in the development of business performance and business cases for recruitment
• Develop systems, tools, and processes that are transferable, efficient, replicable, and scalable across the department and wider office

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Extensive experience with established resource management across one or more professional services organisations – Note the junior role does not need extensive experience
• Comfortable launching a new role and service, drawing on best practice, and operating without an existing structure
• Motivated by the day-to-day \'doing\' of resource management, covering all levels of detail, and making a continuous positive difference to business performance
