Resourcing Administrator

About The Role
We currently have an opportunity for a talented Resourcing Administrator to join our In-house Recruitment Team. This role is based at our Head Office in Nursling and offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Engaging with high-quality candidates across a variety of roles, you will be involved assisting with the recruitment process - from attraction and selection through to on-boarding.
Collaborating in the development and implementation of innovative resourcing solutions to enable Dyer & Butler to attract the very best talent.

Your role:

• Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
• Use job boards and LinkedIn to proactively source and select candidates
• Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
• Through discussions with resourcing colleagues produce vacancy adverts and post them across a variety of channels
• Prioritising workload effectively, maintaining constant and open communications with resourcing colleagues
• Provide administrative support to the resourcing team
• Maintain candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Occasional travel to our Regional & Project offices may be required

Essential:

• Experience working in a Resourcing/Administration/Customer Service capacity
• Strong communication skills on all levels
• Excellent organisational and process management skills
• Experience speaking on the phone with a good telephone manner
• Experience working in a client-focused environment
• Being able to hit KPI driven targets

Preferred:

• Previous experience working with a Recruitment database and/or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience working within recruitment
