SalaryIn this role, you will manage the supply of services to clients and maintain good relationships and processes with suppliers and colleagues. This includes:
- Place and manage Fixed Line, Broadband, SIP, and mobile product orders using a variety of internal and external systems
- Informing customers of new and ongoing orders via telephone and email
- Updating customers with fault progress and timescales regularly
- Ensuring all internal systems are updated with the provision changes
We're looking for someone confident on the phone, organised, and self-motivated with a proactive & practical approach to work. You'll also have:

- Able to work within a team as well as on own initiative

- Excellent telephone technique and manner
