Resourcing Advisor

Your new role
We are currently recruiting for this large Public Sector organisation who are looking for a Resourcing / Recruitment Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. We are looking for someone who can manage the full end to end recruitment cycle, from liaison with hiring managers to scope their requirements, through to arranging interviews and assessment centres. You will manage a variety of roles, from volume roles such as customer service, through to specialist technical roles.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced recruiter, who has a track record of engaging with stakeholders and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. You will need to be able to manage your own time effectively and, whilst working as part of a wider HR Team, you should be able to work independently.
