About the Role

Are you an adept strategist with a passion for optimising workforce efficiency? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Resource Planning Manager to join our team and lead the strategic oversight, deployment, and manpower planning for our rapidly growing Audit & Assurance team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being the driving force behind our resource planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Identifying and implementing the most commercially beneficial solutions, contributing to the overall success and profitability of our operations.
  • Optimising team composition through strategic workforce planning. This includes identifying skills needs and shortages, managing joiners, leavers, and secondments, and enhancing overall team utilization.
  • Keeping a keen eye on employee engagement and retention by supporting career development and creating opportunities for skill enhancement.
  • Developing and delivering a comprehensive manpower and resourcing plan by deeply understanding our portfolio, growth plans, and headcount demands.

About You

  • Proven experience in resource planning and strategic workforce management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify commercially beneficial solutions.
  • Exceptional team management and leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding of portfolio, growth plans, and headcount demands.
  • A track record of fostering employee engagement and retention through career development initiatives.
