Quilter's vision is to become the leading wealth manager in the UK. This role provides a unique opportunity for an exceptional Responsible Investment Analyst to support the implementation of Responsible Investment activities across our affluent division.
This role will join a growing Responsible Investment team at an exciting time as we develop and implement new process and systems to achieve Quilters RI objectives. The successful candidate will work across multiple projects and business areas and will play a crucial role in shaping the Responsible Investment practices across the firm.

The successful candidate would be responsible for integrating sustainability considerations into product development and distribution processes. We are looking for an individual to lead on ensuring sustainability related information is disclosed accurately, transparently and in line regulations, such as SDR and Consumer Duty. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, reviewing disclosure documents and you will be required to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of sustainable disclosure practices and identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
In addition, you will be providing guidance and training on sustainability-related topics, including RI regulations, and communicating sustainability-related information to customers through various channels, such as presentations, reports, and online platforms.

You will have a strong understanding of sustainability principles, financial markets, and regulatory requirements related to disclosure.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge in suitability processes and adviser networks and ideally experience in the financial services industry and knowledge of investment products and distribution channels are advantageous.
Excellent presentation skills and strong written and verbal communication skills required .
