Quilter's vision is to become the leading wealth manager in the UK. This role provides a unique opportunity for an exceptional Responsible Investment Analyst to support the implementation of Responsible Investment activities across our affluent division.
This role will join a growing Responsible Investment team at an exciting time as we develop and implement new process and systems to achieve Quilters RI objectives. The successful candidate will work across multiple projects and business areas and will play a crucial role in shaping the Responsible Investment practices across the firm.

The successful candidate will have good knowledge of financial products through experience of investment research and analysis and / or product development and platform distribution, and with particular focus on sustainability related or labelled strategies. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable with sustainability related data and integration processes to ensure products are monitored and reported on in line with best practice.
Responsibilities of this role will include conducting research and analysis to identify key ESG performance indicators and trends. Designing and implementing data collection methodologies to track and report ESG metrics. Developing and maintaining sustainability reporting frameworks in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards, whilst ensuring data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality assurance processes.
In addition, this role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, reviewing disclosure documents, keeping abreast of development in sustainability disclosure regulations and guidelines to ensure the effective communication of sustainability information to customers through various channels.
You are required to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of sustainable disclosure practices and identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

You will have experience in researching and analysing investments, preferably with a focus on responsible investing. Have solid understanding of how products are developed and distributed on platforms and experience in managing and analysing quantitative data.
You will have a good level of knowledge of relevant regulations such as the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) or the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)
Analytical skills, including high attention to detail and presentation skills are required for this role, with strong written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams and various types of internal and external stakeholders.
