Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient restaurant & bar operation in front and back of house, as well as maintain high levels of service and productivity
- Maintaining the outlet’s revenue, profitability, quality goals and service standards
- Ensure rostering, holiday, and absence are managed as per forecast requirements and that payroll cost is managed at all times
- Ensure communication with the team is seamless, making optimum use of handovers, briefings, memos, team meetings, etc
- Create operational efficiency for the F&B areas and propose ways to become more productive in operations
- Manage BEO's private dining and plan ahead correct communications and levels of manning according to the requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Mandatory management experience in hotels or similar industry
- Food hygiene certificate
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
