Restaurant General Managerjob in Birmingham (Edgbaston) Highlights:
• Base salary of £35,000
• Plus, minimum £10,000 per year in Tronc (£45k+ Package)
• Additional KPI Bonuses available on top of salary and Tronc package.

• 48-hour contract
• 28 days holiday per year

Opening Times:
• Monday to Thursday: Dinner service only
