Position: Restaurant Manager

Our restaurant, located in a bustling setting, serves up to 150 covers during lunchtime, offering a fast-paced and energetic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your extensive experience in a fast-moving environment to oversee the seamless operation of our restaurant during lunchtime service, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
- Draw upon your previous managerial experience to lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
- Take ownership of the dining experience, implementing and maintaining service standards that consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house, guaranteeing timely and high-quality food service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- A track record of success in managing establishments with up to 150 covers during lunchtime.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle the demands of a high-volume dining environment.

Working Hours:
- Full-time position with a 50-hour workweek, structured as five straight 10-hour shifts.
