3. Standard, Health & Hygiene & Legislation Mgt.

4 Ensure that costs are controlled and profit achieved in accordance with the budget

To Deputise for The General Manager

- Greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner & Providing excellent customer service during their visit.

- Undertaking all Front and Back of House roles and service

- Manage and coordinate the team to fulfil their job role successfully.

- Complete the daily financials of the business.

- Opening and closing procedures of the business to be guest and health & safety ready.

- To oversea the Kitchen and ensure quality, Standards & Hygiene is observed
