Restaurant Manager
Isle of Wight
£40 000 to £45 000 per annum
Pertemps Isle of Wight have a unique opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our client, on a permanent basis.
As the successful Restaurant Manager, you will be at the forefront of the business leading by example, displaying exceptional customer service and communication skills, as well as having a proven track record of senior management experience.
This role will be based on full time hours, 5 days out of 7, to include evenings and weekends.
The role of Restaurant Manager may include but won't be limited to.
- Planning and scheduling staff rotas
- Menu consultations with the head chef
- Liasing with external food and drink suppliers
- Implementing and ensuring all food and safety procedures are adhered to, according to regulations
- Recruiting for, and training new members of staff
- Manage and audit inventory levels, ordering products as and when required
- Implement and manage strategies to improve sales, and to meet revenue objections.
