This role is a senior management position with great potential to move into a General Manager position within a unique, rapidly growing business. You will support the General Manager in the daily running of the site and you will have a true passion and energy for delivering excellent guest experiences.

Restaurant Manager - Requirements
* MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY
* Able to assist the General Manager and motivate a team
* Previous hospitality management experience
* Communicate effectively at all levels
* Planning and organising skills
* Excellent attention to detail and standards
* Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach to your work
* Excellent commercial skills
* Excellent customer care skills
Restaurant Manager - Responsibilities
* Support the Assistant General Manager and Senior General Manager in leading our exceptional Front of House team to set-up and deliver a unique guest experience.
* Lead the team in service, demonstrating great attention to detail and product knowledge to drive quality and consistency.
* Manage our Front of House team including supporting recruitment, delivering performance reviews and leading training sessions.
* Determining staffing needs based on sales volume, special events, holidays etc, with the ability to create a cost-efficient, fair rota on a week-by-week basis.
* Delivering engaging and effective training and team briefs to ensure our dining room atmosphere is optimal and standards are set for an impeccable experience.
