SalaryCastle Employment are working in partnership with a North Yorkshire based client and are looking to speak to a skilled, passionate Restaurant Managers to work in an amazing venue on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. The right candidate will have an amazing opportunity to operate in an award-winning setting and oversee a state-of-the-art facility.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for exceptional service and an extensive understanding of wines, spirits and liquors. This will be a brand-New Concept for the site and the right candidate will be working hand in hand with site management to deliver and experience the guests will never forget.
Salary: 30,000 - 32,000
Requirements
- Rosette/Michelin experience
- Knowledge of wine & food pairings
- High levels of team management & communication
- Stay up to date on industry trends and continuously enhance the offering
- Provide amazing experiences for guests.
- Proven experience in the industry.
