Restaurant Server

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences at our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and delivering top-notch service to our guests.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver orders accurately and timely
- Handle guest queries and concerns with tact and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area

Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is advantageous
- Proficiency in basic maths for order taking and bill calculations
- Knowledge of food preparation processes is beneficial
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items
- Excellent guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
