Restaurant Supervisor

Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for aRestaurant Supervisorto join the team at The George IV Hotel, Criccieth.

Restaurant Supervisor working hours:

As aRestaurant Supervisor you will work 35 - 40 hours per week, including weekends & split shifts with an hourly rate of GBP13.35 Regardless of age!

Being a Restaurant Supervisor:

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for managing the restaurant and occasionally the bar areas of the Hotel; the focus of the role is ensuring that hotel guests are served their meals effectively and efficiently, by trained and well-turned out staff, following company guidelines.

Your main task will be to supervise the restaurant team ensuring tables are presented to a high standard and customer expectations are met during service. You will look after the rotas to meet the department s budgets and work collaboratively with the kitchen.
