They have a well established and growing team that specialises in restructuring advisory and Insolvency appointments. These are often complex and high-profile cases across a broad range of sectors including Automotive, Banking, Consumer Finance, Healthcare, Industrials and Insurance
Off-the-back of continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an ambitious Senior Manager.
To qualify, you will be ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 3-5 years of experience in a Restructuring Advisory role, where you will have worked on independent business reviews (IBR), short-term cash flow reviews, accelerated sale/M&A processes.
Additional experience of insolvency assignments (Administrations and Liquidations) would be very desirable. You will have gained this experience with a leading advisory practice or boutique firm.
You will have strong technical, influencing and negotiating skills, coupled with the ability to pre-empt critical issues and communicate these effectively with stakeholders and your team.
You will also have strong client skills, with the ability to lead from the front and train/mentor members of the team.
