Restructuring Paralegal

We are seeking a Restructuring Paralegal to join a tier one US law firm who will play a key role in supporting the firms’ restructuring attorneys in managing cases and transactions related to bankruptcy, insolvency, and corporate restructuring. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing high-quality assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related documents.
• Conduct legal research on bankruptcy laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, creditors, and court personnel.
• Organize and prepare materials for meetings, hearings, and trials.
• Perform due diligence and gather information relevant to restructuring cases.
• Support attorneys in managing the administrative aspects of restructuring transactions.
• Monitor and track case deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by attorneys and senior paralegals.

You must have a first class law degree from a leading university to apply for this position.
