Agenda Partnership have partnered with a Corby based opticians who are recruiting for an Optical Assistant on a full time, permanent basis.
No prior experience of working within optical setting is required, but experience of working within a face-to-face retail setting would be advantageous.
The company is well known for its excellent levels of service and its range of eye care services and the frames that are stocked in store. As the Optical Assistant, your role is to support the customer with their decision making on frames and as the front of house, meeting and greeting all customers in store that are there for appointments and booking appointments for eye care.
Optical Assistant - Role
- Face to face interactions with customers
- Town Centre based environment
- Introducing frames to customers
- Making sure each patient receives the very best eyecare service
- Reception and admin duties
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Working 5 days a week from 9am to 5pm (includes 1 Saturday or Sunday per week)
