Working in our retail stores will require flexibility as shift patterns will vary week to week. For this role you will need to be flexible and available to work 3 days a week, including weekends. This is a temporary role for 3 months but has the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate.

Essential criteria:*

Have a Customer first attitude and approach to working
- Self-motivated and willing to work alone or as part of a team
- Experience with troubleshooting and dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Competent at using a till and handling card and cash transactions
- Reliable and Punctual
- Willingness to learn and keep up to date knowledge on vaping products
