Our client, based in West Yorkshire, are a global Branding agency who excel in developing businesses to maximise their growth and potential. With offices across the world, they are firmly on the map for global recognition.
They are looking for someone to work within their PMO team, supporting a luxurious automotive client, this person will assist with the development of the clients corporate and visual identity, providing them with deliverable design solutions to achieve a consistent and high end look and feel to their network of dealerships.
This role would be ideal for someone who has a background in commercial/Retail Fit Out planning, who has client management experience and a knowledge of design softwares, who can understand technical drawings and the types of materials used in bespoke projects.
An understanding/exposure to working on high end Fit Out projects is highly desirable, as is a formal qualification in industrial design, or similar.
Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the quality of the corporate and visual identity guidelines
- Ensure the content and requirements of the corporate and visual identity guidelines are of a consistent quality
- Provide architectural guidance to all current and upcoming projects
- Support and guide on the design intent pack process and manage the approvals process
- Provide recommendations on architectural drawings and design schemes
- Lead the communications between the client requirements and the design teams
- Acts as the point of escalation for design decisions that are outside of the normal design guidance
- Makes suggestions for value engineering or better design solutions that enables improvements in time, cost and quality of installations
- Managing enquiries and responses to corporate and visual identity related questions and queries
- Facilitate communication between the key design, supplier and dealer points of contact
- Oversee and support any product development with the approved supply chain
- Collate and review technical drawings from the supply chain
- Manage compliance of facility plans
- Conduct or coordinate desktop compliance reviews, comprehensively reviewing sites and recording compliance data
- Update and maintenance of data management portal
- Ensure collation of high-resolution photographs for each completed facility

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

- Experience in commercial space / retail planning / high end fit-out
- Capable of reading and understanding technical drawings and materials
- Understanding of design software, such as 2D AutoCAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up (highly desirable)
- Client focused, with excellent client management skills
- A confident communicator, willing to put forward their points during open discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Willing to travel, including outside of the UK as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills, focused and the ability to multi-task, prioritise projects and meet deadlines in an ever changing, fast paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence and valid passport

Salary & Benefits:
Up to circa £40,000 depending on experience, this is a full-time and permanent position offering flexibility on remote/hybrid-based working.
Some work-related travel may be expected depending on the project.
