Who are we?
National Merchandise offers a wide range of services including; Merchandise Development, Venue Merchandise Sales Management and Live Event Merchandise Sales.
We manage the venue merchandising teams for the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, Glasgow OVO Hydro Arena, The O2 Arena in London, and Liverpool's M&S Bank Arena, to name a few!
In addition, we manage merchandise concessions for both one-off and multi-date events and merchandise sales at live events across live venues around the UK.
No event is too large or too small for National Merchandise! We cover all level of events from a small programme sporting event to a large stadium concert merchandise event.

We are looking for Retail Merchandise Assistants to join the team our team in Hull at Connexin Live.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Retail Merchandise team working on a casual event driven basis, providing customer retail service to support the tour merchandise sales for some of the world’s most renowned artists. The role involves ensuring high standards of service are maintained and providing a welcoming environment for all clients and visitors to or venues.
Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for team players that can make a positive contribution to the overall customer experience. We welcome applicants who take pride in their work, have a positive friendly attitude, and possess excellent communication skills.
Skills & Competencies required:
- Strong numerical skills and mental arithmetic.
- Accuracy and ability to be calm under pressure.
- Well presented.
- Customer service experience and retail experience.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and pick up new skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow health and safety legislation and safe systems of work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
You will be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays when necessary.
National minimum wage + 12.07% holiday pay.
