We are looking for someone to join our growing online preloved clothing business based at our Cannock warehouse.
The role will in involve:
Packing and dispatching orders
Working to strict deadlines
Strict quality control to ensure orders exceed customer expectations
Managing and steaming of stock
Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
We are looking for someone who:
Has bags of energy and isn’t afraid of hard work as this role is fast paced
Can navigate social media and isn’t shy in front of the camera
Has a passion for preloved clothing and preferably has sales experience
Is reliable and trustworthy
Can be flexible with hours as this role will include some evening and weekend work
Has exceptional administration and organisational skills, the ability to multi-task, prioritise and think ahead
Can be an ambassador for our company and our values
Is organised, methodical and analytical and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Is passionate, enthusiastic and a great team player who is happy to help in all areas of the business.
Has advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc
Has great interpersonal and communications skills
Can effectively self-manage
Is always positive and proactive
Is bright and keen to learn with a sense of humour
Has the ability to work under pressure
Is passionate about delivering superb customer service
