We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Retail Team as a Sales Assistant, at the prestigious Roman Baths in Bath. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Assistants, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and encouraging sales in a fast passed and truly unique environment.
You will be working in a dynamic and busy environment with a wide range of merchandise. Duties include providing excellent customer sales service by employing active selling techniques, tidying and stock replenishment.
Applicants must have a very friendly manner and excellent customer care. A high standard of personal presentation with strong communication and active-selling skills. Experience of operating tills is essential; you will be expected to be familiar with processing cash and credit card sales. Experience of working in a busy customer-facing role would be helpful as would an interest in history. Some carrying of stock is required, candidates should be aware that an element of manual handling is a part of the role.
Full training and a uniform will be provided.
