Our client is seeking to recruit a high performing Retail Store Operations Manager to support their on-going growth and success. The successful Operations Manager will come from a high volume, fast paced Retail Store and be responsible for all warehouse, back stage areas, customer despatch and any associated customer service issues.
Our client has a thriving Retail and eCommerce business, we now need an exceptional Retail Store Operations Manager to join them as they continue to succeed and expand.
We are looking to recruit an in-store Operations Manager who has excellent retail skills, has strong leadership experience, passionate about the customer journey and enjoys what they do. You will be from a fast paced warehouse style environment and will be hands on, committed and driven.
Key responsibilities as our new Retail Store Operations Manager:
- Manage a store team of warehouse/delivery colleagues
- Take control of the customer service and feedback team
- Ecommerce and online delivery despatch experience essential
- Responsible for all online order processing
- Manage delivery logistics
- Stock control and stock management
- Customer Service Management for any delivery issues or online order problems
- Recruitment and training of colleagues
- KPI management
- Delivery and distribution knowledge and experience
- Work closely with the business owners to delivery their online strategy
This is a great role for an operationally focused retail manager who can bring ideas, drive a motivation to a great business. Your voice will be heard and acted upon, in return you will play a key part in the business direction and growth. This is not an office role so we need someone who will be hands on and able to support the teams.
