AddressGAP Plastics has a fantastic opportunity for a Supervisor to join the team here in our Watford depot.
Joining the busy trade counter, you will be part of a close-knit, dedicated team, where customer satisfaction is key. Dealing with trade accounts and the general public, You will always have support on hand but will have plenty of opportunity to use your initiative in this position.
- Meeting and greeting customers and processing sales on the trade counter
- Managing the depot KPIs and keeping the team motivated which ensures a smooth customer journey
- Overseeing stocks and stores dealing with incoming and outgoing deliveries as well as general warehouse duties.
- You will be expected to be on the road making deliveries to a variety of new / regular customers within the local area as needed.

Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Aged 21 or over (for insurance purposes)
- Previous supervisor/team lead experience within a similar industry
