Retail Support Administrator
An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual with the proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team to join our busy Retail Support team. This is a part time, 22.5 hours per week role at Denby Head Office.
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Retail Support Supervisor the role of the Retail Support Administrator will be to support the retail stores and management team by carrying out all central operations.
Job Duties
Third party product management - setting up codes, placing orders and receiving.
Managing stock processes - replenishment, transfers and stock takes
Ensuring financial processes are completed correctly -under banking, returns, invoice queries etc.
Overseeing maintenance and health and safety processes for the retail business.
Answering store e-mail and telephone queries
Supporting Store Managers in the outlet stores and on site.
Assisting with routine reporting.
Other administrative duties as required.
The Candidate
Experience within a retail environment is an advantage but not a necessity.
Computer literate with an ability to use Excel and other office applications. Ideally experience of using retail systems but this is not essential.
Excellent written and numerical skills
Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to work either individually or as part of a team.
A desire a continuously improve.
Excellent attention to detail.
A flexible attitude to work as part of a small team and happy to get involved in a wide variety of tasks
