Retail Team Member

Summary With your love of working with people and desire to provide a great service, you’ll welcome and talk to our visitors to the shop/outlet answering any questions they have.
Salary: 10.50ph
Contract/duration: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible.
  Hours/working pattern/hours: Part time What it's like to work here Boscastle is a very busy shop situated on the harbour in a building that used to be a Pilchard Cellar. Our Retail Team and volunteers are warm and welcoming. 2024 is the 20th  year Anniversary of the Boscastle Flood so we are expecting a lot of visitors. This vacancy is for mainly weekend working.

What you'll be doing As Retail Team Member you’ll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about retail.  Who we're looking for
