Salary: 10.50 phContract Permanent. Hours/working patterns: Will be based on the needs of the property, on average 1-2 days a week. must be flexible to work weekends.
What it's like to work here
You’ll be working at one of the country’s most iconic gardens set in the beautiful countryside of the Norths Cotswolds. You’ll be part of a large Retail Team of staff and volunteers who work in two sites on the property. Our Plant Centre is one of the largest in the National Trust and our shop is ideally situated in the garden. We are a busy property and every day is different from the next one. If you can talk to and engage with our visitors and tell stories of our products and want to be part of an experienced and enthusiastic team, then this could be just what you are looking for.

What you'll be doing
As Retail Team Member you’ll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about retail.
