SalaryI have a client that is in need of a Retrofit Assessor to cover the Swansea and surrounding areas. They area leading supplier in this industry for energy saving measures.
Role Overview:
As a Retrofit Assessor you will be responsible for evaluating existing buildings to identify energy efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, analysing energy usage, recommending retrofit measures, and providing clients with tailored strategies to enhance energy performance and reduce environmental impact.
The assessor may also need to stay informed about relevant regulations and technologies in the field of energy efficiency.
Effective communication skills are crucial for conveying recommendations to clients and promoting sustainable retrofit solutions.
What they ask of you:
- Accredited Retrofit Assessor, ideally with ECMK
- Accredited DEA.
- Experience of working in the residential sector, including experience of delivering retrofit assessments.
- Full driving licence
What they offer:
- Up to £36,000 depending on experience.
