An exciting opportunity to work for an established ladies clothing brand in the heart of the North East has came up. Dressmezee.com is for those that want something a little extra, we specialize in sparkles and sequins, giving our girls the most up to date on trend styles. Our rapid growth means we are expanding our team and we are in need of a Returns Assistant within our Production Department, full training will be provided.
The Role
As a Returns Assistant daily duties may include:
- Follow the companies returns process and inspecting items.
- Issue refunds to customers/Issuing store credit to customers.
- Put returned goods back into correct locations in our warehouse.
- Liaise with customer service regarding any issues identified whilst carrying out returns.
- General housekeeping of area and warehouse.
- Additional admin or dual role Picker and Packer to meet requirements of business.
- Picking and packing of customers’ orders.
- Processing customer orders for shipping through our integrated shipping platforms.
Skills required:
- Computer literate – the role involves a lot of computer use, so it is vital that the candidate is confident using a variety of different computer packages.
- Attention to detail – all items have to be thoroughly checked to ensure that correct items are sent out to customers also damaged/worn goods are not placed back into our warehouse.
- Able to focus and has a good eye for detail.
- Experience within returns would be desirable but not essential - Training provided.
- Experience within fashion would be desirable but not essential
- Retail or stockroom desirable but not essential.
- Sense of responsibility.
- Eager to learn and improve skills.
- Quick learner.
- Team player.
