Are you who we’re looking for?
- You have previous experience in professional services with exposure to billing and WIP management
- You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- You have experience planning, prioritising tasks, working to deadlines and multi-tasking
- You are experienced with Excel and Outlook to an intermediate or advanced level
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
- You are proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow
What does the day to day look like?
- Monitor and review billing processes and timescales, suggesting effective action against blockages and enhanced ways of working
- Escalate concerns and issues surrounding aged WIP and missed billing targets
- Support complex billing and e-billing challenges
- Establish and maintain key relationships across the business and attend WIP meetings to contribute to and agree appropriate forward action
- Monitor and complete billing forecast/estimates driving targets forward and reporting to all key stakeholders
- Advocate for and adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements
- Generate billing and WIP reports for all stakeholders and support the review of WIP activities and pre-billing
