SalaryRyder Reid Legal are looking to recruit an eager and career-driven Revenue Assistant to join of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office, based near Liverpool St. Our client are market leaders in regulatory, litigation and transactional solutions and are looking to invest in someone to become a key part of their Billing/Revenue team. Training in the firms systems will be provided.
The duties for the position include:
- Running daily WIP reports.
- Timely distribution of pre bills, both domestically and internationally.
- Editing of pre bills.
- Liaising with Partners and Secretaries for the approval of invoices.
- Ensuring month end deadlines are met.
- Sending invoices to clients.
- Complying with SRA regulations at all times.
The ideal candidate would have prior e-billing experience, and a minimum of at least six months working in legal finance. Preferred, but not essential.
