Job description

As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing the performance of our sales and new revenue team and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, client services, finance, and marketing departments. You will be responsible for monitoring sales and new revenue performance and growth across the practice, analysing sales data, managing the sales funnel, maintaining CRM hygiene, helping develop and likely manage a small SDR team, and representing the sales team in cross-functional meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth in a fast paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor and analyse sales and new revenue performance metrics across practice to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, ensure consistent messaging, and maximize lead generation and conversion
  • Represent the sales team in cross-functional meetings with finance, marketing, and other departments to provide insights, updates and recommendations
  • Conduct regular analysis of the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks, optimise lead generation, and improve conversion rates
  • Work closely with Sales team and monitor their performance and alignment with sales plans, campaigns and initiatives
  • Work closely with Client service steam, and help identify opportunities with existing clients for new revenue opportunities
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM systems (eg, D365 CRM) and other sales/marketing tools (ClickDimensions, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). 
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and hygiene by overseeing data entry, maintenance, and cleanup efforts
  • Develop and implement training programs to support and build the capabilities of the marketing, sales and customer services teams
  • Help identify opportunities and untouched leads and opps in the existing CRM database and across other Control Risks domains and sources
  • Develop and implement sales processes, policies, and procedures to streamline operations and improve sales team productivity
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats and make informed decisions

Requirements

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales & Revenue Operations, sales management, preferably in research, risk management
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings, recommendations, and insights to senior management and cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with finance and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their teams
