The Revenue Operations Systems Manager reports to the Manager of Revenue Operations. They are responsible for managing all the tools in the revenue cycle. The ideal candidate will integrate and optimize systems across departments and business units to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and provide valuable insights.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary contact for the operation of various applications including, but not limited to, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Groove.
- Work with the Manager of Revenue Operations to implement and maintain a top-to-bottom sales funnel.
- Support the overarching strategy behind the applications, considering best practices and organizational and user needs.
- Manage existing and future integrations with sales, marketing and reporting platforms.
- Monitor new software releases for our applications – evaluating, installing and training on new functionality that aligns with our needs.
- Salesforce administration, maintenance, customization and management:
- Perform complex configuration and maintenance including, but not limited to, automation, process flows, formulas, application creation, object model updates, lightening components, security, and user access management.
- Create, maintain and refactor databases to ensure integrity, including diagnostic testing and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Translating business requirements into business solutions.
- Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Perform Salesforce updates and maintain successful integrations.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Salesforce administrator, deep experience with Salesforce tasks described above.
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
- 3+ years of working within an enterprise application portfolio (Prior B2B software experience preferred).
- Proficiency with database languages SQL/MySQL and Apex class and triggers.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, growth mindset and the ability to proactively solve problems.
- Experience working in highly collaborative team and cross-functionally with other departments.
- Familiarity with additional applications within our stack: Hubspot, Groove, Apollo, Showpad, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics (or similar CRM, sales enablement, and web analytics tools).
