Reward Associate

- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Reward professional to join a Global Financial Services Group. The role will lead on compensation activities for one of the key arms of the business, and provide support for the wider compensation team.
The Reward Associate responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the team in executing the annual compensation review process including modelling of bonus pools to assist the business in setting appropriate compensation parameters.
- Consolidation, analysis and interpretation of market data information and trends.
- Responsibility for cleansing and updating the Compensation system.
- Preparation of Remuneration Committee/Board reports.
- Provide accurate and relevant compensation information to the various divisions enabling senior management to make informed decisions on budget/planning scenarios, both in terms of headcount and compensation levels.
- Working closely across the HR and Finance teams to plan, monitor and analyse the evolution of headcount and personnel costs (fixed and variable).
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Strong experience in end to end compensation processes.
- Advanced excel skills with excellent numerical and data analysis skills.
- Experience within Financial services desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
