We have a great opportunity to join the HR Team as Reward Business Partner (Advisor) on a fixed term (12 months maternity cover), full time (37 hours) basis.
Reporting into the Head of Reward & Performance, you will work closely with key stakeholders to support in the effective development and delivery of the reward strategy, principals and policy implementation across the Group.

In order to do the role you will need:
- CIPD qualified or proven Reward working experience
- Have experience with a reward senior analyst / manager / Business Partner & advisor background
