JSS Search are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic organisation looking for an Interim Reward Manager/Partner

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Reward professional looking to join a values based business on a 12 month contract.

You will be responsble for line management of one advisor, delivering on all cylical reward activity, gender pay gap reporting, Job Evaluation panels, salary surveys, managing employee benefits, support strategic reward decisions and operate at a senior level incuding presenting to ELT.

On offer for the successful candidate is a 12 month contract, competitive salary, pension, holidays, hybrid working 2 days on site either in Lincoln or Oxford with occasional travel to the other site and a great company and team culture.

Ideally this role will commence January 2023 for 12 months.
