Our client, a forward thinking, innovative and international business is looking to appoint a Reward Manager on a permanent basis, to lead the delivery and development of their reward strategy, globally.
This is a strategic and operational role, responsible for the implementation of best practice benefits processes, working with brokers and vendors on contract negotiations and promoting the benefits offering to employees. A key part of the role will be the management of compensation strategy and benefits management. This is a varied role in which you will also lead the administration of their equity-based compensation plans as well as contributing to the alignment of performance and reward. This is a role, which allows the opportunity to add value to enhance and drive forward a positive culture.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced and qualified Reward professional with a proven track record of managing reward strategy and benchmarking across multiple geographies. You will be hands on and be able to enable continuous improvement at an operational level. Commercially astute with experience of Change management and enhanced benefits programmes implementation, you will need the confidence and tenacity to motivate and engage stakeholders. The ability to build credibility quickly and evaluate and implement procedures and processes to ensure an effective reward offering will also be required.
