AddressOur HR team operates at the heart of the AJ Bell business - our core purpose is to drive our employee value proposition and the employee experience. Due to continued growth, we're now looking to recruit an experienced Reward Specialist to join us.
Based out of our Manchester office (with hybrid working) this role will support the continued development of AJ Bell's approach to reward for all its employees.
What does the job involve?
It's a hands-on, ‘get stuck in’ kind of role and you will be right into the detail of all aspects of our reward offer, including:
- Providing comprehensive internal and external benchmarking of salary data and employee benefits, working in partnership with internal teams and external vendors;
- Monitoring and providing detailed analysis, insights and reports on executive and senior roles pay on a regular basis;
- Maintaining market data and participating in pay and benefits surveys;
- Supporting with job evaluation work;
- Delivering the annual reward calendar activities such as pay review, bonus awards, etc.; and
- Assessing data and preparing reports for the Remuneration Committee and People Committee at regular intervals throughout the company year.
