Salary: Up to £43,000, commensurate with experience
Overview: The Reward Specialist will be instrumental in daily Reward operations, providing vital support to the broader People team. Reporting to the Senior Reward & Well being Manager, this role will encompass various annual Reward activities, benefit renewals, and compliance tasks. You'll also play a key part in shaping new reward initiatives that aim to continually improve our offerings and align them with our cultural values.
You'll collaborate closely with our People Team, colleagues across the organisation, as well as with external stakeholders, providers, and networks. Your interactions will be instrumental in driving our Reward framework forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting salary surveys and benchmarking exercises.
- Level jobs using the WTW framework
- Job levelling and updating career information.
- Assisting in annual incentive reviews and payout management.
- Providing data analysis for reward strategies.
- Managing policy renewals with external brokers.
- Resolving queries from stakeholders.
- Communicating benefit changes effectively.
- Continuously benchmarking benefits and exploring new opportunities.
- Designing training sessions and creating informative content.
- Ensuring up-to-date Reward policies and information.
- Implementing the annual Reward plan.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in benefits and reward management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Strong project management abilities with a knack for self-management.
- Proactively shares knowledge within the team.
- Track record of process improvement and strategic alignment.
- Familiarity with Payroll systems.
- Attentive to detail in both data and communications.
